Ladies and Gentlemen,
Good day to you again. Special Olympics Chilliwack wishes you and your volunteers, a very Merry Christmas.
At this time of year we would like to show our athletes and volunteers how we value their participation and dedication to our association.
On the 5th December Special Olympics Chilliwack took part in the annual Christmas parade of lights in our city. We have volunteers to thank, such as the pilot of our float this year, Mr. Dan Pinto who provided the truck to pull our sleigh.
The athletes were dressed warm, it was close to -8 degrees and blistery. The athletes were wearing team colours from all our sports and showed the true colours of participating in this annual event. The staff and students from G. W. Graham school are to be thanked for helping our volunteers in decorating the float. Marianna contacted volunteers and athletes to participate in the activities. We thank Mr. Holford for his help and the volunteers provided
